DoEs-CoLouR-ReAllY-maTteRs???
Oh really?
Does it really matter? Does colour
play a role in our lives? Well we will certainly find it out…If oranges were to be green would it still be called an orange???
It doesn't matter what the colour of the fruit is but what really matters is the pulp from
inside. What matters is the taste of the fruit and not the look of the fruit. What
matters is the sweetness of the pulp and not the appearance of the fruit. We
will appreciate the fruit only if it tastes good rather than it looks good. We will get value for our
money only when the pulp of the fruit could fill our hearts with its sweetness
and we can probably say, ‘Dil garden
garden ho gaya’☺. But if we
buy the fruit just because it looks good then it might happen that the curve of marginal utility will dip
faster than AAP’s popularity☻
I think now
you can visualize the path and direction of our discussion.
We should
try to ameliorate our inner values, our soul, our heart because our body has
evolved from dust and one day, inevitably, it will turn into dust but our heart
our soul will remain immortal and people will remember us for our values, for
our actions, for our deeds and not for our appearances. Even you will agree
that people remember Mother Teresa more than any other
actress. She is worshiped for her sanguine behaviour, for her kindness shown
towards people suffering from leprosy. And at a time when others refused to
touch those people she hugged them, treated them and acted as a benefactor for
them.
So what is
the point in striving and dying to have a 36” 24” 36”☻/ six pack abs cursing your body, inflicting pain upon it by following a strict and
stringent diet- having boiled food and God knows what not… Wait a sec; I am not
propagating to have an appearance which can even give inferiority complex to a Sonakshi Sinha☻… but what I am telling is to embrace humanity so that
we can subliminally influence the lives of other people and be immortal in the
pages of History just as Mother Teresa did and is remembered as the Nobel Peace
Prize awardee in 1979.
And for all
you girls out there, you are beautiful, you are gorgeous, you are amazing, you
are inspiring, you are charming JUST THE
WAY YOU ARE and the not the way you try to copy others because you cannot
be the best copycat but what you can be is the best you, the best yourself, so BE YOURSELF. Le de ke mallik ne yeh Nazar hi toh di hai toh phir kyun dekhe duniya, kisi
or ki Nazar se.
Let me tell
you one thing we never like the actual FB profile-holder, but we like their FB
profile pic (courtesy: Photoshops)☻. There is never a direct relationship between the FB
profile pic and the actual person. A girl who looks like a Johny Lever ☻after doing all the trivial editing in various
atrocious photo editing apps becomes a cheap version of Rakhi Sawant☺ thinking
that she can impress people. Yes you do impress a lot of them but don’t seek
demand, seek respect because if you seek demand then it may last for a
minute, for an hour, for a day or for a fortnight but if you seek respect,
however, it will last forever. Yet we love Johny Lever because he is
more of humour and less of rumour
unlike Rakhi Sawant. I think you can comprehend what I am trying to
explain. Remember one thing: demand is always inversely proportional to price.
And just as
it is considered a prudent practice to emphasize on substance over form
principle while evaluating various events and transactions to maximize
shareholder’s wealth similarly we should relentlessly focus on alleviating the substance (inner values) rather than form(outer appearance) so that we can
leave ineradicable impressions in the hearts of people.
Therefore,
even if oranges were to be green it would definitely be called an orange. Therefore
on this auspicious occasion of Holi, hope that we all become as vibrant as the
colours are. Play safe folks!!!
very truly said man!!!;)
